Returns & Exchanges

Any purchased product or gift can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase. In any region in Lebanon, the Exchange process will be subject to delivery charges.
To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the Original Packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. You can only exchange with a product of the same value or above (and pay the difference).

Steps To Follow:

• Kindly email us at info@dar-concept.com with pictures or a video of the product in its original packaging (i.e. the outer packaging as well as the inner packaging) that supports your reason for the requested  Exchange, or Replacement.
• Once your request is approved we will process your order via whatsapp or Insta dm to complete and confirm your order.
• we will send the delivery to get the exchange items and give you your new order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the cost of shipping for returns.
